I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with that photo and then I realised the writing on the white board is flipped but this doesn't look like a mirror shot. My brain hurts...

It was taken with PhotoBooth(tm) on my work MacbookPro... Does that explain the mirror writing?

Assuming it's just a capture of the webcam feed and the white board was actually behind you, no. (unless you flipped the shot afterwards)

Nope, I didn't flip it...

Photobooth, which is the app on the Mac that I used flips the preview and captured image automatically to simulate looking into a mirror; I had to do some digging on the internet to confirm, but that is the reason for the mirror writing...
