365 Portraits - #298 ~ Eek
Eek is the manager of The Rising Sun, here in Reading, where I have taken a good proportion of the portraits in this project, and by now including him I have pretty much included all of the people who work there. When I walked in this evening he and Natasha (#224) were playing Scrabble at the end of the almost completely deserted bar, and I remembered why I like this pub so much - it doesn't matter if it is packed to the rafters on a Wednesday evening for Church of Madness, or a Friday or Saturday night for Live Bands and / or DJ Nick Rock, or if it is quiet; I always feel welcome. Thanks guys, for running such a great place that I love so much.
