Simon is the drummer in "The Spin" the band drawn from the employees at SpinVox (my former employers), with whom I am currently rehearsing to perform at the company Christmas Party. Having seen neither hide nor hair of another human being all day I arrived at rehearsal with my camera in the hope of finding a volunteer from amongst the members of the band not yet included in the project, and Simon was happy to oblige - thanks Simon.
El was in town to see Tree (#122), and offered me her face, if I was able to meet up with them, so I did and here she is. It was a lovely hour or so I spent with her and Tree (#122) and Tom (#5), and I am very pleased to have been able to include her in the project.
I have known Will, through the RUCC, since before El and I split up, and when he heard about the project he was keen to volunteer. We had arranged that he would pose for me on Friday evening, on my way out of town to drive home to my parents' place in the North West, but it was not until I arrived that I realised his assertion that he be pictured with a Rugby Ball was in order to have something with which to preserve his modesty, as well as trumpet his love for the game - very 'Stade de France'... My Great Aunt Judith was in town earlier on today to visit my paternal grandmother (Dorothy / Nan (#170)) in hospital, and so she called in to have a cup of tea afterwards. I hadn't seen her in a long time and it was lovely to see her and sit and chat for a little while. She had heard about my project and was (after a little cajoling) happy to be a part of it as well, so thanks Aunty Judith - I hope you are pleased with your part in the project, I certainly am.
